We will only accept returned item(s) that have been unworn, with original tags. Please email at studiotrure@gmail.com for help with a domestic return

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns for the following reasons;

  • The item does not fit you
  • You are not satisfied with the quality, or there is a defect.
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that: 

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits)
  • The item is returned to us within 10 days from delivery date
  • The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available

Studio Truré reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Studio Truré.

UNITED STATES

All return shipping is is paid on us, (for exchanges and returns) please email and wait for us to send you the return label. All returns must be made within 10 days of order date, unless otherwise specified by one of our customer service team members.

Returns will take approximately 7-10 business days to process through once received to the returns team at the warehouse. Please give us up to two weeks to return your items to original payment.

INTERNATIONAL 

For all international orders, Buyers must pay shipping and VAT or any taxes in their country of arrival. We do not accept returns or exchanges for International purchases so please read our size guide and our shoot us a DM on our instagram @studiotrure for size help. 

FINAL SALE OR SALE STYLES

Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

Any unauthorized Final Sale items which are posted back to Studio Truré will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender. 

**If you purchase anything from our seasonal sales, BUYER MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING of $8.00 (Domestic/Shipping within the US)**

AFTERPAY RETURNS

Should you wish to return something you have purchased using AfterPay, the return process is still the same! Unless the item is deemed faulty by our team, you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the item. 

Please note: Your personal agreement with Afterpay is separate to Studio Truré. This agreement still stands and it is the responsibility of the customer to continue in the scheduled fortnightly repayments. Any late fees associated with non-payment will be held liable to the customer.  

**If you have been approved for a refund in the case of a faulty item or special circumstance we ask that you continue to pay fortnightly until AfterPay have advised of an end to your repayment commitment with them. 

FAULTY RETURNS

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition when delivered to you. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, store credit or full refund provided:

  • ***The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
  • You notify us within 10 days from delivery date via our trurenyc@gmail.comeincluding the order number, a brief description of the fault in your item(s) as well as pictures that show the item fault to be assessed by our customer service team before the item is returned.

At Studio Truré, we strive to reduce our impact on the environment and encourage product sustainability. Should you find a fault with an item a repair reimbursement is the first suggested option. 

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, & we appreciate your patience!

All refunds are processed back to their original payment method. If your refund has taken longer than the aforementioned days, please contact us at studiotrure@gmail.com so we can investigate further for you.
